How the fare is calculated
- The taximeter sets the fare: pick-up fee + kilometres driven + waiting time.
- The minimum fare is €14 — it applies even if the taximeter shows less.
- A multi-seat vehicle adds a 30% surcharge to the whole fare.
- Pay by card, phone or smartwatch — there is a terminal in every car.
- We invoice companies, so you always have a clear overview.
- Send online bookings at least 1 hour before the ride (6:00 – 22:00). For urgent rides, call.
How much will my ride cost?
Pick a typical trip or enter the distance. The result is an estimate — the taximeter sets the actual fare.
This is an estimate. Traffic affects the actual route and time; the taximeter reading decides.

Why this rate
Our prices follow a methodology developed by doc. Ing. Miloš Poliak, PhD. of the Faculty of Operation and Economics of Transport and Communications at the University of Žilina. A fair rate means drivers are not under stress or pressure — and you get a safe ride at a price that makes sense.
