How much does a taxi in Bratislava cost?
The pick-up fee is €3.50, each kilometre €1.59 and each minute of waiting €0.50. The minimum fare is €14. From the Old Town to the airport, for example, you pay roughly €19 – 21.
How do I book a taxi?

How far in advance do I need to book?
Send online bookings at least 1 hour before the ride, between 6:00 and 22:00. If you need a taxi sooner or outside those hours, call us.
Can I pay by card?
Yes. Every car has a card terminal — pay by card, phone or smartwatch.
How much is a multi-seat vehicle?
A 30% surcharge is added to the fare. It is worth it for 5 or more passengers or a lot of luggage.
Will the driver wait at the airport with a name sign?
Yes — for airport pick-ups your driver waits in the arrivals hall with a name sign. Please give us your flight number.
Do you issue invoices?
Yes. We invoice companies — send us your billing details or agree regular cooperation with us.
Do the drivers speak English?
All our drivers speak at least one foreign language, most often English or German.
What is the difference between City Taxi and Transfer Bratislava?
City Taxi drives around Bratislava by the taximeter and our published price list. Transfer Bratislava is our sister service for long trips — Vienna, Budapest, Prague — at a fixed price agreed upfront.
Is anything added to the fare?
No. You pay the pick-up fee, kilometres and any waiting time according to the price list. No hidden charges.
